These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Raiqa Labs (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including our website, platform, and services. By engaging Raiqa Labs for content creation, marketing, or related services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms.


1. Services Provided


Raiqa Labs provides content creation and marketing solutions powered by Hybrid Intelligence (AI-driven execution combined with human expertise). Our services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Campaign strategy and planning

  • Social media content creation and scheduling

  • Design of posts, reels, videos, blogs, carousels, newsletters, graphics, and landing pages

  • Workflow automation and analytics

  • SEO optimization and ad campaign support

  • Consulting and brand strategy services

Service scope will be defined based on your chosen subscription plan or custom agreement.


2. Client Responsibilities


To ensure smooth execution of projects, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, including brand guidelines, assets, and feedback.

  • Ensure all materials provided to Raiqa Labs do not infringe on any third-party rights.

  • Approve or request revisions within agreed timelines. Delays in feedback may extend project timelines.

  • Use Raiqa Labs services only for lawful and professional purposes.


3. Ownership of Work


  • Client Content: All original content created specifically for you under a paid subscription (blogs, graphics, videos, campaigns, etc.) becomes your property once final payment is received.

  • Platform & Tools: The Raiqa Labs platform, AI models, workflows, templates, and software remain our intellectual property.

  • Third-Party Assets: If stock images, fonts, or licensed tools are used, ownership is subject to the respective third-party license terms.


4. Payments & Subscriptions


  • Subscription fees (Neo, ProNeo, SupraNeo) and any add-ons are billed monthly or annually based on your selection.

  • Payments are due upfront and non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension of services.

  • Raiqa Labs reserves the right to update pricing, with reasonable prior notice.


5. Revisions & Approvals


  • Each deliverable includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as specified in your plan.

  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra fees.

  • Final approval from the client constitutes acceptance of the work.


6. Confidentiality


  • Both Raiqa Labs and the client agree to maintain confidentiality regarding business information, data, or marketing strategies shared during collaboration.

  • We will not disclose or resell your campaign data to third parties, except as required by law.


7. Data & Privacy


  • Raiqa Labs may store and process your content and inputs to deliver services effectively.

  • Data handling is governed by our [Privacy Policy].

  • While we use enterprise-grade security, no system is completely risk-free.


8. Limitation of Liability


  • Raiqa Labs will make every effort to deliver high-quality, effective campaigns. However, we cannot guarantee specific results such as sales conversions, audience growth, or rankings.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • Client is responsible for ensuring compliance with advertising regulations, industry standards, and legal requirements.


9. Termination of Services


  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.

  • Upon termination, the client remains responsible for payment of all work delivered up to the termination date.

  • Raiqa Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if the client breaches these Terms.


10. Governing Law


These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Australia, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.


11. Changes to Terms


We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
